Disney factory inspection ILS, OLC, FAMA detailed explanation

1.ILS: ILS is short for International Labour Standard. It is generally understood in the industry that ILS number is a customs clearance number. It is authorized by DISNEY Company and must pass the DISNEY ILS review to obtain this number! Disney ILS review is also known as Disney Human rights factory inspection.

2.OLC: Disney OLC is the quality audit of Disney Japan, which is directly audited by Disney Japan. General audit has passed the Disney social responsibility audit after the factory. OLC has very close ties to Disney. In order to reduce risks, Disney did not adopt the direct business model, but signed a contract with Oriental Land (OLC) of Japan, and authorized OLC to build and operate the park. Disney provided guidance on the design and operation of the park, as well as quality management, while OLC paid all operating expenses.

3.FAMA: AMA is Disney certification, which is called "Equipment and Operation Certification" in Chinese. Only after passing FAMA certification, can the factory get Disney authorization to use its logo. The customer will give it to the factory in form, mainly for the consideration of global anti-terrorism, the United States does not allow the export of products from countries and regions suspected of terrorism to enter the United States. Under normal circumstances, after the factory fills in the form, it will show that the factory complies with relevant laws and regulations and anti-terrorism needs. FAMA certification shall be submitted to Chinese and foreign customs when exporting to prove that your goods are authorized by Disney. Not only the factory is safe, but also the products are safe. (FAM will normally be valid for three years from the date of signature)

4. The Disney inspection: The precondition for an export enterprise to apply for Disney FAMA is that it should be provided with Disney's warranty, that is, the licensor; the licensor has the sales authorization of a certain product in a certain region; then the licensor should submit the FAMA application form and factory inspection report of the factory to Disney, and Disney will sign FAMA after it is approved. Only after the factory gets FAMA can it carry out production, customs record and shipment.

Differences between FAMA and Disney factory inspection reports:

The factory has Disney factory inspection report, but it may not have Disney FAMA. Even if the factory gets Disney's factory inspection report, if there are serious problems in Disney's audit report, Disney will not issue Disney FAMA to the supplier without Disney's approval. In another case, the factory did not submit the Disney factory audit report to the authorized company, which also failed to get Disney FAMA. Disney reports how to inquire and obtain the factory. After the Disney factory audit, Disney company will give the factory a Manufacturer's Agreement, with Facility name and address in the title position. Then go to the customer's official website and enter the ID (factory Number), and the information of your factory will be displayed. DISNEY Headquarters will send DISNEY FAMA to the middleman if the factory inspection result is qualified. Then the middleman will send it to the factory. If the site report does not appear significant does not accord with item, general own in the mind all have the bottom. Now Disney factory inspection relaxed working hours and social security requirements.
