Follow-up audit requirements
Follow-up audit requirements: Archiving of follow-up audit documents must be completed after the audit, and the document report shall be at least as follows:
U Previous audit reports
U Support files that previously violated the rules
U CAPAR (Improvement Report)
Records of worker interviews (if required) : verify that the workers who participated in the last interview are still in the factory
Supporting documents include:
U Evidence of violation
U Procedures for determining whether the last violation was improved
U Conclusions of improvement or lack of improvement
U New violation discovery - explain why it was not found in the previous audit
* To ensure consistency of audits, it is recommended that follow-up audits be conducted by the auditor who participated in the initial audit

The auditor should:
U Know Disney characters well

Any facility that produces Disney or any of its affiliates must be audited

U There must be sufficient time for arrangements to be made prior to the audit
U Review must be conducted upon completion of the review application

U Input the audit result to the ILS system within 5 days after the audit is completed
? Follow up schedule
U Serious violations -- 30 days to follow up
U Moderate violations -- 60 days to follow up
Ensure that the factory has sufficient time to complete the improvement plan
