No impact on receiving orders, shipping, 120 days after the review, do not need to submit corrective measures. No longer as in the past, the yellow light no longer accumulated, which means that it doesn't matter how much you take.
Orange light: the minimum wage is not up to the standard, the working hours (with government approval) exceed the upper limit specified by Wal-Mart, unpaid overtime or insufficient overtime payment, orders can be accepted, shipping, review after 120 days, no corrective measures need to be submitted. Orange lights add up. If the company obtains 4 orange lights consecuentially or accumulatively within two years, it will be Disapproved. After obtaining the third orange lamp, Warma company will appoint a third party notary to evaluate it.
4. Red light: forced or imprisoned labor, employing child labor (more than 2 were found), corporal punishment of employees, working environment, dangerous and unsafe conditions, false declaration of origin. The manufacturers shall not accept new orders, existing orders shall be cancelled, unshipped orders shall be cancelled, shipped goods shall be accepted only after the buyer's approval.
Age violation: If 1-2 child labor is found, it will not be evaluated as red light immediately, Wal-Mart will help solve the problem, follow up the audit within 30 days, if the child labor problem has been solved, it will be evaluated as orange light, if not solved, it will be evaluated as red light
