The enterprise applying for information system construction and service capability assessment system (hereinafter referred to as the applicant enterprise) shall have the following basic conditions
(1) It has the status of an independent legal person and has been engaged in information system construction and service business for more than one year;
(2) Good social reputation, good credit standing and public image, good awareness of intellectual property rights protection, no violation of laws and regulations of the State in the past three years, no abnormal operation or serious breach of trust, and no acts of fair competition;
(3) Meet the requirements of the corresponding level in the Capacity Requirements for Information System Construction and Service Capability Assessment System;
(4) It can provide evidence of authenticity, suitability and effectiveness to fully meet the capability requirements of strategic management, business operation, basic protection, improvement and innovation;
(v) Promise and abide by industry conventions, and agree with relevant management measures.
(6) The computer information system integration qualification shall be changed to CS qualification
