2. GMI company will review the completed self-assessment form.
3. Arrange for on-site evaluation, and the packaging supplier must access the targetpackagingprogram and download the test page file.
4. The packaging supplier must print test documents and prepare them for on-site inspection by GMI consultants.
5. GMI company will conduct on-site evaluations, focusing on four packaging production categories: pre press, plate making, printing, and post press. Each production category is further divided into many subcategories, which will be measured by five criteria: program files, maintenance, operational capabilities, equipment performance, and training. Each criterion is scored from zero to three (0-3), where zero represents completely qualified, one represents minor defects, two represents major defects, and three represents extremely serious defects.
