In our efforts to improve the quality of service for certificate holders, FSC has developed two new web pages, which aims to provide useful information for users of FSC public certificate database (fsc-info), including the online trademark package and tagging tools used by certificate holders.
The common interface of the certificate database provides a "Help" button, which is linked to a web page that provides the most common question answer. More online support can be found in the certificate holder's resource center. Here, in addition to common problems, certificate holders can also find news and updates related to certificate databases, online trademark packages, and label tools.
These pages will help certificates holders save time in the use of online trademark packages and labeling tools, and enhance timely communication with FSC certificate database related technical problems. The database is managed by the FSC global development department, which is responsible for trademark support, brand management and market development.
In order to help buyers to use FSC certificate database more conveniently to get supplier information of FSC authentication, the following example is given to use this database.
Certificate Holder refers to the certification company's legal name FSC Code English; CB certification company, CW refers to "controlled wood", you can tick to choose it; Category is divided into FM (forest management certification), COC (COC), FM/COC (at the same time to obtain FM and COC certified company) and CW/FM (controlled wood in the project of forest management certification).
